As you should know by now, I love making things and creating fun and easy DIY's. I decided recently to really push this side to my content and come up with more interesting tutorials. With another festival coming up I decided to put together a fun light up Festival Skirt for prancing around in. I was inspired by some amazing costumes I saw at Secret Garden Party.
