Yesterday Chris and I went out around Knightsbridge, in London for a late lunch and to explore the area. It is one of my favourite locations for it’s beautiful architecture and for browsing the over-priced beauties in Harrods. The day in London was bitterly cold so I was glad to have worn my faux fur coat. The strawberry print on my dress along side with the cream cardie made me feel Spring like, even if it was freezing.
We had a walk and then ventured to Burger & Lobster, after a friend had recommended it a few times. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed the experience of ordering 2 of 3 things on the ‘menu’, the lobster role was our favourite and still leaves me salivating for more.
After our meal we walked to South Kensington for a browse and a coffee, shivering along the way. The strawberry print tea dress from Motel Rocks was perhaps a little too summery for the time of year but I love it and worn with the cream cardie brings out the cute polka dots. I was thankful for the faux fur coat from Blue Vanilla as it kept me snug. Lastly, I used my new handbag from Marc B (that you can also buy in Topshop) and it’s the perfect size for me, as an every day bag.
