This week I have been a bit deflated when it comes to my personal style and self confidence. You may have seen me talk about this on instagram. I don’t want to dwell on those things at all because with the help of some amazing people around me and some of you guys who commented, I feel a lot more positive. This blog post is proof that even when going through a down time about things or going through some changes you can still find inspiration. My lovely blog friend Charlotte always gives me the best fashion advice and after a much needed chat the other day she made me realize it’s in my own head that I don’t like my personal style anymore. With that said I rummaged through my wardrobe and tried on lots of new combinations inspired by the current 1970’s come back trends. I feel like I just need to breath new life into existing garments I own. So this outfit is a mixture of things I own already but I tried to mix them in ways I haven’t before. Even better for those who can’t afford new clothes (like me)!
-Vintage-
If you have been a follower of my blog since I started or even for the past few months, you will know vintage thrifting and styling has always been an interest of mine. I try to wear vintage or at least have elements of it in my looks. So with that said, I am loving the current 60’s and 70’s trends that are making their way on to the highstreet!
