On Monday I turned 23, getting oldddd!! Can’t deny it though, birthdays are always so lovely, especially mine being in May, there always seems to be glorious sunshine. My boyfriend and I spent the day together which was really nice. In the morning once we were ready, we went to a local cafe for breakfast and coffee, they do the most amazing banana bread with fruit and compote. I love little treats like this and we have been really embracing our local cafes and restaurants lately, trying all different ones.
We went to Southampton shopping for the day, as Chris wanted to treat me which was really sweet. I ended up buying a few things including a bag from Accessorize, some things from H&M and some awesome colour melting candles!
Nothing beats a birthday outfit, and I always love planning something to wear or even having something new. As you may have seen in my latest Haul Video, I just got this cute pale blue floral top from Black Five which is the prettiest thing. For the sunny weather we have been having I thought it would be perfect worn with a simple tube skirt. To go with the girly floral print I also teamed it with this new lace jacket I got from She Inside, it’s the perfect summer throw on with any look! Lastly, My aunty got me this amazing watermelon bag from H&M and it’s seriously the cutest thing ever! I love it and don’t care about it clashing with other prints!
