This weekend has been so much fun, and I am really starting to feel like London is my home. I spent Friday night and most of Saturday with my good friend Amy, from Dolls are United and Mod Dolly. It’s the first time ever in my life that I feel like I fully fit in here, I have many close friends I can meet up with and hang out with, there is always so much going on and creative things to do as well as so many diverse people I never feel stupid for what I wear. When on Saturday I went to Mod Dolly HQ to hang out there and film youtube videos with Amy (they will be up next week), I realized this place is where I want to be. I know in a couple of weeks I will go back to Portsmouth and will miss London a lot. My boyfriend and I are already talking of saving and moving here as soon as we can. Spending time with Amy and seeing how well Mod Dolly is doing was so brilliant and I feel so proud of her. I thought you might like to see a few photos of where all the magic happens and behind the scenes! On top of that I have another outfit post, I was feeling rather nostalgic and childlike.

My outfit was a little bit different for me but i absolutely loved it. When I say ‘different’ all I really mean is, I am wearing cream tights and I felt slightly out of my grey or black comfort zone. The idea of getting a pair like this came to me after seeing Orla Kiely’s catwalk show for Autumn 2014, I then wanted to try some out. I found these in the Topshop sale after a week of searching online for some and not finding a bargain or anything similar as to what I had in mind. They are a fairly thick braided style and I thought they would be cuter and be a bit more wearable then if I just brought plain white tights. On Friday I FINALLY brought the most amazing glittery JuJu jellies from my beloved Schuh, I am so in love for many reasons. They are nostalgic and remind me of my 90’s childhood, I love the fit and feel of them, they are so comfy to walk in and just the most fun to look down upon even on the gloomiest of days. Teamed with a cute pastel outfit and these tights on a cold spring day for me was perfection. I can’t wait to have a glowing tan and start wearing them along the seafront with dresses and shorts, bring it on!
