The world of hair removal can be a complex one and one with many options available. I've tried several things without any longevity or good results. When I heard about laser hair removal thats more permanent I knew I had to give it a go. After several months and 4 treatments I wanted to share my experience. I've been going to the wonderful Pulse Light Clinic to have my underarms treated. Below I talk about the process and my results so far.

Exploring London | Date Night at Giraffe World Kitchen
Valentines day is only a few days away now and you may be thinking of things to do. Whether you are single, happily coupled up or think it's a load of rubbish, it's always nice to do something. Chris and I went met up after dinner last week to try out the new Giraffe World Kitchen menu, in the Victoria London branch. We had a wonderful meal and evening together, resulting in very full bellies and smiles on our faces.
