Brown Kraft Paper wrapping ideas
Ribbons
Ribbons are a great way to add a very quick and simple embellishment to your gift parcels. Keep hold of ribbons from other gifts, or from packing so that you can reuse them. I always like to keep hold of ribbons and make the most of using them as there is always a use for ribbons. Double them up or layer a few colours together to add more interest to the bow.
Pens
Felt tip pens are one of the easiest ways to jazz up kraft paper and can be done by the full family. Great for children as you can wrap gifts for the family and have the kids doodle on the paper fun little drawings. Or even easier add swirls in rainbow shades for a fun look for all celebrations.
Pompoms
Nothing better than pastel pompoms and they are incredibly festive when made to look like little Christmas trees. All you need to do is glue them on with a hot glue gun and add sequin stars to the top. Either add lots of little trees like photographed or you could do one big tree by layering up the pompoms.
Stamps
Ink pads and stamps are another craft that is great for all ages. All the shapes and different designs you can get mean embellishing your parcels an be a really cute way to adding festive cheer. Go for colour tones or lots of rainbow shades, they will look great.
Scrap Vinyl & Card
Another fabulous way to use scrap vinyl or card is to use a craft punch. They come in all shapes like stars, circles, hearts, etc, and are a super-easy way of cutting out shapes from scraps. With vinyl, you can easily peel off the backing and stick them on.
Gift Tags
Last but not least, window gift tags that you can add in sequins making them look really festive. This option can take a little longer than the other more easy embellishments but it still pretty easy. You need 2 tags for this, one of which you will cut a hole in the middle using a craft knife on a cutting mat. The sequins get put into a cello bag and then you glue in the bag inside the 2 tags.
