Nothing beats a touch of personalisation at Christmas to make gifts all that more special. In today’s blog post I am reviewing the Brother PT-H200 P-touch Craft Label Printer. It is a fabulous addition to any Crafters kit and a great way to make things special. Continue reading to find out more about the Brother PT Craft.
Brother PT Craft Label Printer
Creating things using the Brother PT Craft is so much fun. I loved printing on the ribbon to create a unique personalised ribbon to add to my Christmas gifts. Setting up the PT Craft was very easy to do with AAA Batteries and a tape compartment in the back. Slotting in the Brother Tape is very simple to do.
Once turned on the functions are self-explanatory but it’s good to have an experiment of the different tools and settings. I had a play around with the ‘Gift Symbol’ button where you select Ribbon, then can adjust the type of print, font, font size as well as other decorative features like borders and symbols.
The ribbons I created are for my Husband Christmas gifts which I can’t wait to give him. As our first Christmas as Husband and Wife, I knew these extra personal touches would be a lovely sentimental thing to keep.
As well as ribbon I had a go at using Vinyl Tape to create adhesive labels which were equally as fun to make.
Crafting with the PT Craft
Below are a couple of crafting ideas using the PT Craft but I am sure I’ll be using it a lot more in my makes to come. For Christmas Day I created 2 name cards for the dinner table with glitter card and adhesive vinyl tape. I chose to have them say ‘Wifey’ and ‘Hubby’ instead of our names as another little nod to our marriage this year.
As well as place cards I also created a personalised ribbon for my Husband’s Christmas gift wrapping. Look how simple yet effecting these makes are and this is just the beginning of using the Label Printer.
Overall I think this is a fabulous addition to a crafters kit especially as it’s so user-friendly. You can use a great assortment of tapes, ribbons, and labels as well as design features to make things very special.
