It was just over a year ago now that I had a hair transformation at Sean Hanna Salons. This week I went back for another change, to refresh my colour and cut. Sean Hanna is an amazing salon that I always feel extremely comfortable going to. The lovely stylist Lloyd took my ideas and vision and created something I am so happy with. I vlogged a small look at the experience with before and after shots.
The experience
As you can see in my vlog the salon is such a cool place to go to. Everyone in the Putney branch is so friendly and make me feel good. Lloyd the stylist and I decided to go for a lightened front with pinky tones put through the length. He cut it into a ‘choppy’ style by making it shorter as the back and longer at the front. The fringe (bangs) was cut back into the full length that I have had before, with a shine band added. It is a lightening effect in the middle of the fringe to help shape the face and also looks really quirky. It’s a technique I hadn’t seen before but I honestly love it.
I’m so happy with the lightened tones and cut, it feels great getting a fresh look. I’m hoping to go more ashy toned and pink over the next few months so it’s a great way to start this off. Thanks again Lloyd and Sean Hanna.
