Personal Style & Outfits of 2017

Back in 2014 I did a run through of my outfits that year. When I first started blogging it was quite a popular post to end the year on. Looking at my Personal Style through the year is always fun and good to look back on. So here are my favourite 12 looks of the year by month!

January 2017

Personal Style jan 2017

This outfit post in Jan was all about wearing old items as new, with some inspiration on outfits. For winter I have always tried to keep my Personal Style fresh and light with pinks and light shades. It’s funny to see nearly a year ago I was wearing pastel pink and am still obsessed now.

February 2017

In February I embraced the pre-Paris Parisian vibes with a ‘How to wear a beret‘ blog post. It was shortly after Chris and I went to Paris and got engaged. I love how fun and sexy this look is, as I don’t often wear tight skirts like that now. This year my weight has fluctuated and my body confidence taken a hit. I’d love to push myself to put this outfit back on and rock the tighter clothing again.

March 2017

In March I did a Spring outfit post with a list of style coming in! Spring is my favourite time of year when the sun starts to shine and clothing becomes lighter. This look style some mom jeans and fresh pastel shades, pretty much a classic combo for me!

April 2017

Personal Style April 2017 Paige Joanna

With Spring in full force I embraced the new trends one of which was frills and lots of them. This outfit was one of many to come featuring frilled clothing and I love the blouse and jacket combo from Asos!

May 2017

Personal Style Oliver Bonas May 2017

May is my favourite month of the year as it’s my birthday month and the weather is always so sunny and fresh. This blog post was an editorial for Oliver Bonas and probably my favourite style post of the year for my graphic work and photography by Chris. The pleated skirt and dress were key items in my wardrobe throughout the year and I can’t wait to wear them again in 2018.

June 2017

Personal Style June

June and the Summer months meant it was officially Festival Season! I love being able to dress up this time of year in fun and colourful looks. This post was a collaboration with Mi-Pack with some style ideas for Festivals.

July 2017

Personal Style July

Sticking with pinks as this seems to be a running theme within all my looks this year! July was no different with a post combining two pink summer looks, focusing on London street style. My favourite being this pleated skirt and white lace top combo.

August 2017

August was my favourite month (or one of) this year because of the epic holiday press trip to Ibiza. I felt so summery and wore some awesome outfits whilst there with my Power Puff Girls. I chose two of the images from the blog post as just too many good ones to pick from!

September 2017

This month i didn’t seem to do too many outfit posts on my blog but more self reflection and lifestyle posts. These beautiful images were taken by Rebecca Carpenter Photography and was all about my reflection on 6 months of freelance work!

October 2017

In October I was so busy focusing on my YouTube channel and crafting I didn’t post any fashion blog post. I did however do this fun Missguided Lookbook with my friend Jess! You can watch it on my YouTube channel.

November 2017

In November I was back with a bang with several new fashion blog posts including these two looks I love. One was a matching suit post and the other a casual Autumn post. I love them both as they are so different between smart and casual, so couldn’t decide on a favourite.

December 2017

Personal Style December

And lastly, for December I did a style post on 3 festive looks for Christmas and NYE! This look was my fav out of the three for it’s statement jacket and sequin trousers.

What do you think guys, what was your favourite month i’d love to know? I’m going to try get more outfits and fashion style posts for 2018 as I really miss putting them together. Work has been so busy the last few months they have taken last priority but they’ll be back, and I can’t wait for another year of style!
