This year is going to be full of amazing festivals again. I got the taste for them after going to Secret Garden Party with my pal, Sophie Hannah Richardson. I felt inspired by everything I saw so decided this year will see a lot more crafts on my blog. Making unique eye catching things for festivals is so much fun, there isn’t a limit to what you can do. That is the pleasure of going to festivals because you can honestly dress in lights, glitter and pompoms and everyone will love it! So here is a wonderful DIY Light Up Jellyfish Festival Umbrella to make for any festivals you are going to. This will be the talk of all your friends as well as looking epic at night time dancing to your favourite bands.

This is a really simple DIY yet sometimes fiddly. It takes a little bit of patience for glue drying and choosing the placement of lights, but other than that it’s pretty simple. I’d suggest getting about 3m-5m of lights, as I kind of wish mine were longer. If you can also get a disk battery pack rather than the bulky AA pack lights then they are easier to stick down. Click the video for more information and to see how I make it.
