I can’t believe it is the month of December and I have yet to post an outfit that holds the traditional colours of Christmas! I just took a look back through my blog archives of the year and I am excited to tell you there will be a post with each months outfit run down! So strange and also exciting to see what I got up too throughout and what I wore along the way.

Grey Jumper Dress – Chicwish

Scarf – Vintage

Tights – M&S

Over Knee Socks – Topshop

Hat – Urban Outfitters

Boots – Dr. Martens

Coat – She Inside

Necklace – Jodie In Wonderland

Last December I dressed up festive most days and shared several Christmas jumper and dress posts so here goes another, rather a much more casual look.
I got this cosy grey jumper dress from Chicwish,  I loved that it would be a winter staple and an item I could mix up. And it is exactly that, I have already worn it a few times in various ways but here I opted for a preppy and cosy look.
When I am feeling particularly garish I wear this leopard print fur coat with a hood, it’s so warm and snuggly but it is a bit in your face, so I tend to wear it when the rest of my outfit is minimal. The rest of the look features a lot of burgundy tones, with the vintage tartan scarf and knee high socks, which when worn over tights make you warm and look snazzy! What do you think of the outfit? How would you style a basic grey jumper dress, let me know in the comments.
